When does the turnaround clock start?
Production starts as soon as you approve your digital proof. Orders approved before noon ET typically ship within two business days from our shop in Kitchener, Ontario.
Can you help fix my artwork?
Yes. Basic clean-up, bleed, cut-line setup and print optimization are included with every order at no extra charge.
Are the labels waterproof?
Our standard BOPP labels are waterproof and oil-resistant, so they hold up on chilled products, in bathrooms and through everyday washing.
Do you offer custom sizes and shapes?
Yes. Pick a standard shape or send us your own outline for die-cut labels. We confirm the size and cut line on your free proof.
Should I order roll labels or sheet labels?
Choose rolls if you apply a lot of labels quickly or use a dispenser. Choose sheets if you peel by hand or want compact storage. Both print on the same waterproof BOPP.
What is the difference between stickers and labels?
Stickers are usually thicker vinyl pieces made to hand out or apply one at a time. Our labels are printed on thinner BOPP film for packaging, bottles and production work: quick to peel, with a clean finish on the product.
